These terms apply to this website and to services offered by Rootines Sleepcoaching, unless different written terms are agreed for a specific booking.

services.

Rootines Sleepcoaching provides sleep coaching, guidance, and related support for families. The exact scope, duration, and price of a paid service are confirmed before purchase.

Website content is general information only and does not replace medical or emergency care.

booking and payment.

Sending an enquiry or booking an intro call does not by itself create a paid contract. A paid agreement is formed when the service, price, and terms are confirmed and accepted.

Invoices must be paid within the period stated on the invoice unless different written terms apply.

cancellation.

If Dutch or EU consumer law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal for a distance contract, that right applies unless a legal exception applies.

Any service-specific rescheduling or cancellation rules are communicated before purchase or in the booking confirmation.

liability.

Rootines Sleepcoaching provides its services with reasonable care, but does not guarantee a specific outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

governing law.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law requires a different forum.
